What is a Publishing Consultant? A Publishing Consultant can support and direct an your literary project through the entire writing, production, and publishing process. You are the producer of the book, but the publishing consultant informs, advises, and educates you every step of the way through the book publishing project so you have a seamless, no-drama experience. Your publishing consultant can help set expectations, so you have no surprises, assure that process details like budgets and timelines are explored and understood, and help find the right service providers to get your project across the finish line. Write On Press publishing consultants book appointments in 30-minute blocks, at a rate of $75 per appointment. Appointments can be booked for a 30-minute phone call or Zoom video conference session. Appointments can only be cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum of a one business day advance notice to Author Service (authorservice@writeonpress.com) or via your consultant's direct email. Refunds or rescheduling will not be approved if the minimum notice is not provided by the author.
