Appointments can be booked for a 30-minute phone call or Zoom video conference session. Appointments can only be cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum of a one business day advance notice to Author Service (authorservice@writeonpress.com) or via your consultant's direct email. Refunds or rescheduling will not be approved if the minimum notice is not provided by the author.
